Prices displayed in Euro are for information purposes only and are based on the Central Parity Rate of € 1 = Lm 0.4293 as issued by the Central Bank of Malta.

1) Unless otherwise indicated, the cost of all tours include transport, ferry tickets, guide service, lunches (for full day tours only) and entrance fees. Blue Grotto boat fares are not included.
2) When entering churches, you are requested to cover your arms, and not to wear shorts or skirts that are too short. Stiletto / narrow heals are prohibited in St. John's Co-Cathedral.
3) Some tours are not operated on feast days and public holidays. For further information please check with your representative.
4) We may at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other clients, and we shall have no further liability.
5) For identification purpose, please wear your sticker prominently during excursions.
6) All prices are inclusive of local taxes and are subject to change without notice.
7) Tickets shall not be refunded, in the event that you fail to show up without notice.
8) Complimentary transfers are effected from/to hotel or nearest pickup point.
9) We reserve the right to alter, change the routing of, or otherwise amend any part of the proposed tour. We shall not incur any liability towards you where such alteration is a result of circumstances beyond our control such as strikes, weather conditions, riots, etc. Notwithstanding anything contained at law, any liability we may have for any claim whatsoever is limited to a refund of the price of the excursion ticket.
10) We also reserve the right in our entire discretion to cancel a tour, in which event you shall be refunded the price of your ticket.
11) All transportation, meals and activities making up certain parts of the tour are performed, supplied, operated, controlled and managed by independent Maltese contractors, for whom we are not responsible in any way. We may provide details of such third parties when and as requested.
12) You are reminded not to forget any of your personal belongings anywhere and in particular in the transport provided. In spite of staff's efforts, no guarantees can be made for recovery.
13) This programme is applicable from 1st April 2008.
